Safexsure Foundation is an elite, non-profit think tank operating strictly under the regulatory frameworks of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).
The Journey;
Operations stared in 2019 in Gurugram, the Foundation serves as an exclusive, pro-bono public-interest liaison for Government Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. We currently specialize in cross-border ecological transformation, institutional capacity building, and Track II diplomatic pathways.
 
Our Operating Philosophy
We bridge the gap between policy formulation and execution. Safexsure facilitates high-impact ecological transformations without financial custody. As a trusted partner to state mechanisms, we operate under a strict Zero-Fund Custody Policy. We do not ingest, hold, or distribute project deployment capital. Instead, we facilitate direct project execution between Government entities and Corporate bodies. This eliminates intermediary layers, ensures absolute fiscal transparency, and drives unparalleled cost efficiencies.
