The Blueprint for Scaling Sustainable Cities; This landmark facility represents the inaugural phase of the larger, landmark ₹2,000 Crore Gurugram Next-Gen ecological and urban living transformation framework. The meticulously engineered master plan introduces an initial network of four high-utility centers across key touchpoints: Gurugram Sector-4 (Ward-33), Sector-47 (Ward-11), Sukhrali (Ward-25), and Ward-1, to serve citizens of all 4 Municipal zones of Gurugram. Financed entirely through domestic Indian corporate CSR allocations with absolute zero foreign funding, the model is fully self-sustaining. 100% of net surplus revenues are routed back into the Project CSR Escrow account to fund continuous socio-ecological impact.
